Dr. Qin
Dr. Qin is a scientist and assistant professor who has earned a Ph.D. degree in Management Information Systems from a well-known university in the U.S., and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from a prestigious university in China. His research experience includes multilingual discovery and management, web mining and data mining, human-computer interaction, and electronic commerce.
Dr. Qin was referred to us by his classmate who is another client of our firm. After we took the case, our attorneys laid out his case by highlighting how his research work meets our nation’s homeland security plan calling for new intelligence efforts to protect the nation’s borders and defend against threats. Dr. Qin has more than 10 journal articles with many citations, and is involved with several projects for the advancement of counterterrorism intelligence in the U.S. With only six recommendation letters, our attorney skillfully presented to the USCIS officer that Dr. Qin contributes to the national security interest of the US and his contribution is substantially above those normally encountered in the field.
With our logically organized sets of points, Dr. Qin’s petition was approved without a Request for Additional Evidence in March 2009.
Dr. Andronov
Dr. Andronov holds an MD and Ph.D. in Physiology from leading medical schools in Russia and the U.S. Dedicated to improving the quality of human life by developing innovative ways to treat and serve patients, his research experience spans across the fields of diabetes, immune-mediated disorders and kidney diseases in both Russia and the U.S.
After Dr. Andronov retained us after free consultation, our attorneys discussed the case with him thoroughly and provided a direction for him to prepare the recommendation letters and supporting documents. As Dr. Andronov works in the medical research field and develops novel and effective therapies to treat diabetes and kidney disease, it is not difficult to illustrate that his contribution benefits the national health care interest by highlighting his research funding from national research organizations.
