Mr. Wang
Mr. Wang is the General Manager of the U.S. office of a large international manufacturing and trading company based in China. The U.S. office had been operating for just over a year, and the one-year term of Mr. Wang's L-1 visa as the manager of the new office was due to expire. However, the attorney who handled his original L1 petition was not able to help him further due to the difficulties of this L-1 extension case.
