Dr. Zhang

Dr. Zhang is a scientist in the field of biomedical sciences. She received her Ph.D. in Biological Science and her B.S. in Biochemistry at a well-known and prominent university in China. Her research involves areas such as vaccine research for HIV and other infectious diseases as well as new detection and treatment strategies for cancer. Dr. Zhang is currently employed as a research fellow at the Laboratory of Human Carcinogenesis at the National Cancer Institutes (NCI). Her career has contributed to many revolutionary discoveries within the field of biomedical science, which have been recognized by the scientific community as well as benefited many patients.

Dr. Zhang sought the legal help of our firm to file an Immigrant Visa Petition for Alien of Extraordinary Ability and a National Interest Waiver Case. Our attorneys used the solid evidence Dr. Zhang provided to demonstrate she is an alien with extraordinary ability who is at the top of her field in biomedical research. Dr. Liu

Dr. Liu holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from a prominent U.S. university and a master’s in Hydrogeology from a prestigious geosciences university in China. He is an expert in the field of hydrogeology who has made many contributions to water resource management and solving the problem of land subsidence in China. He is currently conducting research at an agricultural research center in Texas. Dr. Liu retained us previously for an NIW case and was approved, so he entrusted our firm to handle his EB-1a case with great confidence bestowed upon the abilities of our attorneys.

Our experienced attorneys saw at once that due to Dr. Liu’s breakthrough discovery of a novel model for predicting land subsidence and his widely cited publications in prominent journals, he is an eligible candidate for Extraordinary Ability although most of his academic publications are in Chinese.
